Conditions for Returns
The Suntex products you ordered must be in their original condition. If the product is damaged or partially used, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee for the product.
Return Shipping Costs
When returning one or more products, the return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, or as otherwise determined.
Return Processing Time
After your return shipment has reached our warehouse, it may take several business days for it to be fully processed.
Refund upon Return
We will refund the purchase amount within 7 days after receiving your returned product in good order. We strive to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Packages that do not meet the above conditions and are returned without prior notification to us cannot be processed.
